Office Cleaning Department was started after the owner, Heidi Ramirez, moved to Arkansas and left behind her teaching career and two other small businesses that she owned in Oklahoma to start this business in 2015.  One thing that people can agree on is Heidi's attention to detail and her (according to others) entertaining OCD moments.  It was no surprise that when a friend suggested that Heidi begin her own cleaning business that she jumped right on the opportunity and Office Cleaning Department was born. After all, she grew up doing final cleanings for her dads construction company, and helped her mother with her cleaning business.

Immediately after launching this new endeavor both Heidi's parents were diagnosed with terminal cancers and within a year she lost both parents.  Though the business grew slower than she originally anticipated, it still continued to grow and she continued to take care of the business during such a difficult time.  Her customers continued to brag on her dedication to professionalism and maintain that balance with so much going on personally. 

​As most small businesses who are just beginning, Heidi filled each role of the company.  She wanted Office Cleaning Department to get its start and take off without taking out a loan.  From sales to accounts receivable, to doing the cleaning work and more, Heidi worked hard to make the business a successful one.  Listening to each potential customer and their requests for services, more services were added and are being added as part of a growing business.  As the company continues to grow, so do the products that Office Cleaning Department offer and use.  From the traditional "elbow grease" method of cleaning, we have now grown into an elbow grease AND cleaning machine team that joins together and powers our way past the competition. 

Quality, reliability and affordability are our best features.  Not only is Office Cleaning Department focused on providing quality service to all of its customers but we have a reputation for being the best around.  Our customers have been very pleased with the level of cleanliness we have taken their offices to, as well as the reliability and overall low cost.  Was it mentioned that if we need to get dirty to get your office space cleaned... we'll do it?  Because we will, and we have.  That's something else our customers keep bragging about to us, is that Office Cleaning Department will do what it takes to get it clean.
